Together with young experts IDEA*LAB have organized seminar for adult migrants from Ukraine in Poland in order to support inclusion in social and economical life. The objective of our experts was to discuss the most important aspects of labour law and update knowledge on the basis of current rules. Among the issues presented during the workshop participants have experienced: basic labour law, working time, planning and settlement of working time, holidays, maternity leave, etc. Lastly, during the seminar besides the technical education participants explore the intercultural dialogue and conflict resolution methods as soft skills.
